My Approach

How I Work With Families

Play-Based Learning

Children learn best when engaged and having fun. I use play activities tailored to your child's interests to build skills that can be reinforced naturally within family and school routines. I keep the "FUN" in functional language learning!

Parent Coaching

Tools, tips, and strategies are provided to reinforce skills between sessions in addition to skill practice being embedded within play routines.

Evidence-Based Methods

Only evidence-based practices are used, including PROMPT, DTTC, Lindamood-Bell, and PLAY Project.

Collaborative Approach

I work closely with parents, school staff, PT and OT to ensure consistent support across all environments.
